EBC New Castle's Resource Center offers general studies and recreational reading materials to students. The New Castle Public Library is also located within walking distance of campus.

EBC is a subscriber to Jones e-global library, a set of online research tools designed and maintained by professional librarians. The service, available at www.egloballibrary.com:

• Gives EBC students access to library resources covering all major academic disciplines and key business areas.
• Includes the online availability of a librarian 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Is available at no charge from any EBC workstation or remote location with Internet.
